Voppell Controller Services

As Controllers, Voppell will supervise the quality of accounting and financial reporting of your company. We will be responsible for all aspects of internal audits, internal controls, and financial reporting, and will achieve this by providing the following services, onsite, for a fraction of the full-time cost of a controller.

Perform the Month-End General Ledger Close: Voppell will provide adjusted journal entry preparations and account reconciliations and analysis through preparation of financial statements.

Prepare and Compile Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Financial Statements: Voppell will prepare Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements, and Statements of Cash Flow to satisfy your financial reporting needs.

Prepare and File Income Tax Returns: Voppell will annually file all of your income tax returns and make sure that you are in compliance with the tax laws while receiving the best return possible.

Manage Accounting Team: Voppell will manage all aspects of your accounting team, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Office Expenses, Sales, and Inventory to streamline all processes for efficiency and profitability.

Create and Maintain Internal Controls: Voppell will develop flow charts of your company operations and identify controls needed in order to better manage all aspects of the company. We implement both detective and preventive controls to allow your organization to succeed.

File Sales Tax Returns and Payroll Tax Returns: Sales tax and payroll tax returns are important for a company’s success because the goal is to always be complaint with the IRS regulations. Voppell will make sure that all returns are filed accurately and on time.

Design and Implement Accounting Information Systems (AIS): Voppell will redesign the entire operations of your company through detailed flow charts and will use these to identify sources of inefficiency. Voppell will also provide the AIS that addresses the needs of the company to help ensure a successful and prosperous future.

Consolidate and Integrate Accounting Systems: Voppell will help consolidate related party transactions and inter-company transactions to better manage your accounting cycles to accurately reflect transactions on the financial statements.
